Bright Handmade Peacock Tutu with a matching Peacock Headband.

The colors of blue and green are so perfect together,
and what more perfect design than the peacock!

Wonderful for many occasions. Can be used in; costumes, dress up, Halloween or
a wonderful fantasy photo!

Royal blue, emerald green, turquoise blue and brown nylon tulle make up the tutu.
Peacock feathers are made of felt or sparkly felt which are attached to soft
royal blue satin ribbons on the back of the tutu. Waist of the tutu is wrapped with royal blue satin ribbon.

The length is slightly longer on the back of the tutu to mimic
the Peacock's feathers.

The waistband is elastic and can stretch 2-3 inches.

The matching headband has 2 of the peacock feathers made in felt attached to a soft elastic turquoise blue headband. 

Also available, Sparkly Peacock Feathers, instead of all Felt Feathers.
